At Water Flow Contracting Co., we held our annual company gathering to reflect, align, and plan for the future.
– We began by reviewing the roles of each department and emphasizing the importance of cross-functional collaboration to avoid duplication and maximize efficiency.
– The current organizational structure was presented, with discussions on proposed updates to support business growth.
– We explored ways to improve internal communication, including the use of tools like Trello and Teams, and agreed on holding monthly interdepartmental meetings.
– Future goals were shared — including enhancing project quality, innovating water treatment solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, and expanding into new markets.
A follow-up committee was assigned to track progress and report quarterly to upper management.
